At Pampers, I worked on refining their visual brand identity to ensure it connected with their broader goals. A big part of this involved understanding consumer needs and collaborating with the Head of Art to review and approve illustration assets for the team.

I helped develop creative ideas across teams like CRM, Acquisition, and Incremental, making sure designs worked seamlessly across markets such as the US, UK, EMEA, and APAC. This often meant adapting visuals to fit different regional needs while keeping the brand consistent.

One of the most hands-on projects was revamping Pampers’ Illustration Guideline. I managed the Design Team’s illustration tasks for the website and created tutorials on tools like Adobe Dimension and MidJourney to share with internal teams. I also joined design sprints to explore ideas for new features in the Pampers app.

Beyond digital, I worked closely on creating mood boards, storyboards, and Look & Feel documents for video production. These materials were used in client presentations and workshops to help visualize concepts. I also designed in-store labels, print assets, and mock-ups, refining every detail before presenting them to clients.
